Our Machine Shop Services

All components are manufactured in Alberta, Canada using premium materials from selected mills and coating companies.

Our CNC turning centers capabilities range up to a maximum of 28". Our machining centers capabilities are 84" X 40" X 30" with 5 axis. We also have conventional machines, electrical discharge machines, bandsaws and measuring equipment. We offer in house finishing processes for a complete product. 

All components manufactured follow LDT QA/QC procedures and are individually marked with unique individual serial numbers. All numbers can be traced back to mill certs, date of production and all other information required for traceability and tracking purposes.
